These do not contain alcohol and they do not have a liquid center either. Rather, the center starts with a crunch, but then it slowly melts in your mouth as the wonderful rum flavor compliments the rich dark chocolate. They are panned to perfection - they are called "panned" because the confections are tumbled in a drum together essentially giving them that wonderful shined finish. Packed in a half pound box.
